A Little About CT
I have been involved in fitness/health and wellness for as long as I can remember. Growing up I was always an active child and tried to do as many things as possible including everything from different forms of martial arts all the way to your more recognized sports like football and basketball. Now where I really started to gain my knowledge was in high school after being very sick for nearly three years and not being able to do any sort of physical activity. I got introduced to powerlifting and competed in competitions for a couple years before a hip injury put me out of commission. After recovering from that injury in my head I felt that building up my muscles was going to be the best way for me to get back into what I loved. In this period is where I got super serious about my eating habits, my training regimen, as well as supplementation and sleep habits to maximize the potential of my body. I stayed up many nights just researching different ways to trick the body to keep it growing and guessing. After a couple years I finally had developed an urge to compete in a bodybuilding shows. I couldn’t afford to pay anyone at the time to do my diet or really anything for that matter so I decided that I would do my diet myself. After 10 weeks of insane dieting and cardio I stepped on stage at the 2014 Lackland Classic. I knew at that moment after stepping off stage this is what I had a pure passion for and decided to take it to the next level. I wanted to help others feel that same passion and fire that I felt being on stage.
My specialties include: Contest prep, fat loss, muscle building, nutrition coaching, meal planning, 1 on 1 training, workout plans, and supplement guidance.
